Air Fried Vegan Crab Cakes (vegan!)
Ingredients:
1/2 medium Onion
1 stalk of Celery
2 cloves of Garlic
Optional – 1 Tablespoon Oil
1 can Whole Palm Hearts
1 can Garbanzo Beans
1 Spring Onion
1 Tablespoon Parsley
1/4 cup Vegan Mayo
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/2 Tablespoon Mustard
1/2 sheet Nori
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1 teaspoon Dill
1 Tablespoon Arrowroot or Cornstarch
1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs

  1. Looks good…..I brought vegan yogurt to work today. Peach flavour. …not too bad but it had a different after taste and I am assuming this is to be expected. Tomorrow I will try strawberry. This do look like stringiness of crab cakes. ….nice. Thanks.

  2. Wow these look awesome. I hate the taste of hearts of palm raw but I’m sure with all these spices i won’t even know.

    1. Also wanted to let you know i tried your chicken tender recipe and they were super good. But was hoping they would be more like the gardein chicken fingers. Still looking for a copy cat of those
