  1. I sometimes wake up at 6am automatically and get a lot of things done like before noon while the other still didn’t get up. It feels good! and that makes you go to bed very early like 8pm. For me bed time is the most important more than what time you need to get up.

  4. I have been getting up at 5:00 for about 3 months. It is one if the best changes I have made! You have to make your to do list before you get to bed!

  5. I wake up at 5am to get ready for work. My days off, I still wake up at 5am, because my cats tell me to wake up. Pets can be really annoying with their internal clocks!
